Various horses available for on farm lease only - range in discipline from trail horses to english pleasure to hunter/jumpers. 

* 1/2 lease (includes 3 days a week) $190/month
* Full lease (includes full access to the horse 7 days a week) $375/month

*All leases are required to clean their horse's stall (as needed - full lease 4-5 days a week, 1/2 lease 3 days a week)

*All leases require atleast 2 lessons a month - ensures safety/training of both horse and rider

Austin: QH gelding, western/english, jumps, 
   green/youngster (int/exp riders only)
Ava: TB mare, hunter/jumper, pleasure ride -   quiet long & low, green over fences
Buck: QH gelding, english/western, jumps, 
   show miles
Cruiser: Appendix gelding, english/western,
   jumps (2'3 max), has been shown - youth 
   safe
Grover: TB gelding, hunter/jumper, has 
   been show (int/exp riders only)
Stella: TB mare, jumpers/eventing, has 
   been shown (exp riders only)

    horses.  Most sale horses available to 
    lease until sold

All tack is provided for each horse and care is provided by the farm.

You can simply come to the barn and ride - takes the responsibilty away of owning a horse while still allowing you a lot of time with "your" horse. 

Don't have to lease just "1" horse - you can do broad lease and ride whoever you want on your days.

Lease requires proper care of the horse - brushing, warming up, cooing down, tack cleaning, and overall once-over of the horse before/after each ride.
